We provide Direct Support Professional (DSP) services to clients with approved Medicaid service hours through the State of Oregon.
Support is coordinated through county services or a brokerage, working closely with case managers, families, and the individuals we serve.
Why did we open this agency?
Founded in 2021 by Kate and Bruce Pritchard, parents who have a daughter living with different abilities.
“We wanted to hire excellent caregivers for our daughter who could make a living wage so they could stay.”
Kate is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years experience in home health, hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities and in schools. Her extensive background enables her to identify employees who have excellent skills for this career.
We only hire employees that we would trust with our own daughter.
